3. Your account

4. Deposits & withdrawals

Deposits are credited once confirmed by our payment partners. The minimum UPI deposit is ₹100. Withdrawals are paid back to a verified method in your name, usually to the method you deposited with. 5. Bonuses & promotions

Where a bonus term conflicts with these general terms, the specific promotion term applies. 6. Fair play

All casino games use certified random number generators, and sports markets are settled according to official results from recognised sources. In the event of an obvious error in odds, settlement or a market ("palpable error"), we reserve the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, or for losses arising from your own breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Betting carries financial risk and you may lose the money you stake.

9. Suspension & closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is linked to fraud or money laundering, or where required by law or a regulator. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any genuine balance owed to you will be returned subject to verification.

10. Disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first — most issues are resolved quickly. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled by the competent courts. Our transaction and game logs are the authoritative record in any dispute.
